The 7N Soluble Phosphorus Copper Anode is used for wafer copper interconnection and TSV filling. It provides ultra-pure copper ions,eliminating silver  ions migration-induced dielectric layer leakage. With total metallic impurities <0.1 ppm, it ensures coating resistivity andenables nanoscale void-free superfilling.

PCB Industry:

The 7N Soluble Phosphorus Copper Anode,when used for micro-blind via plating in HDI boards and copper pillar plating in substrates, dissolves uniformly to maintain stable electrolyte concentration, preventing particle-induced microvia clogging. Its 7N high purity characteristic enhances coating ductility to withstand multiple reflow soldering thermal stresses, thereby increasing substrate yield and improving via wall coating uniformity.

The 7N Soluble Phosphorus Copper Anode is used  for copper grid line plating in heterojunction solar cells.
