Our company currently operates one ultra-high purity metal development laboratory, focusing on the development of 8N ultra-high purity lithium, high-purity gallium, and other high-purity metal materials. Our product range includes ultra-high purity copper (7N, 8N, 9N), high-purity copper sulfate solution, anodes, targets, copper wires, copper tubes, copper powders, and copper foils. These products are applied in advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes, with product quality being the only of its kind in China and at a globally leading level.
